To use our Service, you must provide some basic information like your name, email, username, and password so we can deliver your purchases and communicate with you about your purchases or expressed interests. Please ensure your information is accurate and up-to-date, and remember to use your details — no impersonation is allowed here!

You may use our Site and Service for legal activities only. Your account must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and you’re responsible for all purchases made through your account.

In using the Service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Use our Site only for legitimate, personal reasons. By using our Site, you agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or anyone on your behalf. We ask that you use the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.

Refusal of Service
Golden Love retains the right to refuse service to anyone without providing a reason. We may also limit the number of participants in our services, products, classes, and workshops. Please note that we can update, change, or discontinue any part of our Site or services at any time.

Order Confirmation
If you've ordered something from us – hooray! Thank you for trusting us to help you achieve your goals!

After purchase, we send you a confirmation email with details about your product or service delivery. If you notice any mistakes, whether in the information you provided or the details of your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Subscriptions renew automatically, and your credit card will be charged as agreed upon purchase. Your subscription begins once the charge is processed, and prices may change at the end of the subscription period. If you signed up for an online class or workshop, receiving payment confirmation doesn’t mean you’re enrolled. We may reach out separately to confirm your acceptance. For deposits and payments for services, we reserve the right to deny service if needed, and a refund may be issued in such cases. All terms on this page apply to discovery calls, coaching sessions, and meetings of any type or kind.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
All digital product sales, such as downloadable workbooks and PDFs, are final, since you receive immediate access to the files upon delivery. If you have any questions about a product or service before purchasing, like if it's truly a fit for you, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] for guidance. We're happy to help!

Coaching Services Overview
Our coaching services are carefully designed to support you in reaching your personal and professional goals with tailored tools, guidance, and experiences. While we always aim for the best outcomes for you, please note that results are not guaranteed due to the nature of coaching being experiences requiring both parties' participation.

Terms: Client agrees to respond within 7 calendar days to communications from Company regarding work performed under this Agreement.

Communication: Please respond to our messages within 7 days. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, we may automatically terminate services without a refund, and any additional payments not yet made remain due.

Confidentiality: Any identifiable information exchanged during coaching services is considered private and confidential, except for any testimonials or experiences you give express permission to allow us to share publicly. (Advance thank you for the shout-out!)

Scheduling: Use our private Coaching Hub via Kajabi and Calendly for easy scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling upcoming coaching sessions. Please make any changes at least 48 hours in advance. Note that text messages, voicemails, DMs, and other forms of communication are not valid for making changes to scheduled sessions and are subject to no-show penalties.

Payment: All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Timely payments are appreciated. Delays may incur a $50 late fee per day, and additional costs of up to $200 per instance may apply for no-shows, last-minute changes to your coaching services, or a session being delayed more than 15 minutes. You agree to make payments in a timely and lawful manner.

Refunds: There are no refunds for coaching services you've already completed. In certain cases, you can request a 50% refund on unused sessions if you terminate coaching services after starting. And, In certain cases, a 50% kill fee of your purchase price applies if you terminate before we begin.

Product Descriptions
We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions and display our services clearly. However, please note that errors may occur, and we might update pricing or details as needed. If there's an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order, though we'd much prefer to work with you to make it right!

Material You Submit to the Site
Please ensure that any artwork, photos, or materials (collectively "Materials") you upload are your own or that you have permission from the owner. It's your responsibility to ensure that your submissions don't violate any laws, rules, regulations, or rights of third parties. The burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights or any other harm resulting from such a submission. You shall also indemnify Golden Love from any claim against Golden Love resulting from your posting of Materials to the Site.

We also reserve the right to remove any Materials we find inappropriate or that don't comply with our guidelines. We genuinely appreciate and honor you for being respectful and creative as you share Materials here and within our products and services.

Intellectual Property Rights to Your Materials
When you share Materials with Golden Love, we do not claim ownership of that Material –– you still own it. However, by the act of posting Material to the Site and our platforms, you give us a worldwide license to use and share your content on our Site and in related publications. You're also agreeing to protect us from any claims related to copyright, trademark misappropriation, or infringement issues that might come up.

Our Intellectual Property

In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law.

Governing Law; Venue; Mediation
These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, United States of America. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of these terms shall be in the State of Oregon. Before pursuing other legal options, the parties agree to try resolving any issues through mediation, following The CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution procedures, or another mutually agreed method. Participating in mediation in good faith is a necessary step before exploring further legal remedies.

Recovery of Litigation Expenses
If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of these terms, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of these terms, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

Severability
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of these terms is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the terms shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

Assignment
These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms and Conditions are not assignable, delegable, sub-licensable, or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment, delegation, or sublicense you make is invalid.
